North Idaho CASA
The CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Program is a non-profit organization funded solely by donations and grants. Our mission is to recruit, train, and support dedicated Guardian ad Litem volunteers to represent abused and neglected children. Our vision is to ensure that every child in Idaho's First Judicial District lives in a safe healthy and nurturing family environment. Our program is appointed to every abuse, neglect, or abandonment case in the First Judicial District. This district includes Kootenai, Shoshone, Benewah, Bonner and Boundary counties. We serve over 550 children in all 5 counties and have approximately 60 volunteers.
Take I-90 heading West to the Sherman Avenue exit. Take right onto Sherman Ave. and proceed about 2 miles. We are located in the brown office complex on the left.
