I am a Certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and have helped many homeowners and buyers in the sale and purchase their Dream Homes from Waterfront to back country. I am also extremely knowledgeable about Bank-Owned or Short Sale distressed properties in all price ranges.
