November's Upbeat is sponsored by the Idaho Community Foundation. Our speaker will be Amy Little, Chief Executive Officer for the Idaho Nonprofit Center. She has been involved in non-profit organizations for nearly 20 years with varying roles in project management, marketing and communications, community facilitation, grant writing, volunteer management, and fundraising. Amy has a solid track record of building community partnerships and brings expertise in nonprofit management, organizational development and nonprofit start-ups. Additionally, through her twelve years in fundraising and fund development Amy has led teams raising over $10 million collectively, worldwide. Amy is also the proud wife of a small business owner and mother to two teenagers and a rescue pup. In her spare time Amy enjoys running, hiking, fly fishing and anything outdoors. While her family resides in Boise, Amy still considers herself a north Idaho girl, having lived in both Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint as a young professional and is a proud University of Idaho alum. Upbeat Breakfast occurs the second Tuesday of every month. Trade tables allow members to display their business and briefly address the group. The program features a different speaker each month, highlighting various topics of interest. With a reservation, the cost is $17 and includes breakfast and coffee. Cost for attendees without a reservation is $25.
