About Us
DEQ is the State of Idaho environmental regulatory agency. The agency's mission is to protect human health and the quality of Idaho's air, land, and water. The agency oversees compliance with Safe Drinking Water Act, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and other environmental regulations.
