Jul 1 - Sep 30    Compete Hocky Academy
RECRUITING BILLET FAMILIES

Compete Hockey Academy is beginning its 3rd year of offering high quality athletic and academic programs to Elite hockey players throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe.  The Hockey Academy is run out of the Frontier Ice Arena in Coeur d’ Alene.

“Billeting" is a hockey tradition and is especially important at the Elite level of hockey.  We are recruiting Billet Families in the Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and surrounding areas to host one or two male players in their home for the 2014/15 school year.   Compete Hockey Academy will have 2 teams, with 40 athletics ranging  in age from 15-18 years old and we need homes for 40 players.  Our program focuses on positive personal growth in the areas of ACADEMICS, HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT, and CITIZENSHIP.   We rely on local Billet Homes to provide a home-away-from-home for these young men.  The billet program also allows these young men the opportunity to complete their high school education while pursuing the next step in their hockey careers.  Transportation from school to the rink is provided.  Billet families will receive $500.00/month/per player.

If you would like more information about opening your home to a player and being part of an exciting opportunity please contact:

While a vast majority of these microbiota exist in a mutualistic relationship with their human host, others are opportunistic pathogens that can cause chronic infections and life-threatening diseases. He will discuss his lab’s focused research on the bacteria of the vagina and how they play a critical role in maintaining health by creating a low pH environment that is inhospitable to non-indigenous organisms.
