Breakfast with Our Heroes: A First Responder Tribute
Join us for a heartfelt morning of gratitude at Breakfast with Our Heroes: A First Responder Tribute, on Friday, November 21, 2025 at the Best Western Plus Coeur d’Alene Inn from 8AM – 10AM. This special event honors the men and women who keep our community safe every day—Coeur d’Alene Fire Department, Kootenai County Fire & Rescue, Northern Lakes Fire Department, Kootenai County EMS System, Coeur d’Alene Police Department, Coeur d’Alene Tribal Police, Post Falls Police, Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office and Idaho State Police.
Together, we will remember Battalion Chiefs John Morrison and Frank Harwood, honor Dave Tysdal, who is still working toward recovery following the Canfield incident on June 30, and acknowledge the unseen struggles many face—including PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Each agency will be recognized with awards and have a booth to showcase their work.
This is our chance to come together as a community to honor, thank, and support those who serve and sacrifice every day.
