The event is organized by the Coeur d'Alene Association of REALTORS and the City of Coeur d'Alene in partnership with CDA 2030 and is funded by a Better Block Grant with additional funds being contributed by the Coeur d'Alene Association of REALTORS .\n\n\n\nThe temporary transformation will showcase what revitalization could look like on East Sherman in a Makers District where local businesses create their goods. Parking spaces will be temporarily converted into a pop-up park and a "vegetated" parking strip complete with street trees and flowers. The road will be temporarily narrowed to demonstrate how it could accommodate an on-street bike lane\, narrower travel lanes\, and landscaping.
