SUMMARY:Osprey Cruise on Lake Coeur d'Alene 2023
DESCRIPTION:Osprey are magnificent to see flying over Lake Coeur d'Alene! The Chamber's Natural Resources Committee invites the community to participate in this annual cruise on Lake Coeur d'Alene to view the Osprey and their nests as representatives from the Raptor Chapter\, Idaho Fish & Game\, and The Nature Conservancy provide commentary. Trained biologists will also once again attempt to band a nestling viewable either from the top deck or at the lower level via TV monitor. The cruise is an opportunity for you to see the osprey up close and learn more about their importance to the area's ecosystem.\n\n\n\nBoarding begins at 8:30 a.m. Boarding will be on the East Side of the Resort (close to Tubbs Hill) on the Boardwalk Marina Dock. The cruise will leave promptly at 9:00 a.m. and return by 11:00 a.m. Enjoy the cruise with your morning coffee\, a snack or breakfast with the no-host service. \n\n \nDon't forget to bring your camera!\n\n \nFor more information and to reserve your place please contact Briana Francis at briana@cdachamber.com
