As organizations must continuously adjust to ever changing demands\, cultivating an environment in which people are motivated\, productive and innovative has become vital to the growth and sustainability of any organization.\n\n \n\nThis session will help participants understand a leader's role in developing a cohesive\, aligned\, and adaptable team. Participants will develop a plan to apply this learning to their own real-world teams and organizations.  \n\n\n\nJason Swain brings over 17 years of professional experience in organization development\, training\, executive and corporate coaching.
