DESCRIPTION:August 10th\, 2013\n\n	For 30 years the Coeur d?Alene Triathlon and Duathlon is one of the most scenic races in the Northwest. The 2013  race will be held Saturday\, August 10th. The 1.5k swim takes place in Lake Coeur d?Alene\, a body of water that stretches 30 miles long and up to 3 miles wide. A 40k bike ride goes down Coeur d?Alene Lake Drive\, a scenic route that leads to Mullan Trail Road for a challenging uphill course. Finishing with the 10k run\, the course takes you north along Northwest Boulevard and the Spokane River\, ending with a triumphant finish line in the Coeur d?Alene City Park.\n\n	New Scenic Sprint & Women?s Wave Sprint Start!\n\n	A new addition to this premier event! Now sprint athletes will have the opportunity to enjoy this scenic challenge with the addition of our New Scenic Sprint. This year also features a Women?s Wave Sprint Start.
