SUMMARY:8th Annual Family Promise of NI Golf Scramble
DESCRIPTION:Family Promise of North Idaho Golf Event is remembering two important board members who passed away this year\, Earl Kendle and Andrea Paroni. Earl was one of the founding board members and in 2005 brought the idea of having Family Promise in Coeur d'Alene. It became part of the national Family Promise network in 2008 and throughout the last eleven years he gave advice and support to FPNI. Earl also was the one who really wanted the golf event to help provide needed funds. Andy was the secretary for the board and led\, volunteered\, or donated something for every event. The FPNI event is also keeping Ron Keefer in remembrance. He was one of the first coordinators 11 years ago when Family Promise began. They were dedicated to the mission of keeping families together while they got help through their homeless crisis. \n\n \n\nThe 8th Annual Family Promise Golf Event will be Friday August 23 at the Links Golf Club on Chase Road in Post Falls. The event is $100 per golfer and the fee will get them dinner\, greens fees\, driving range\, a cart\, the chance to win fabulous prizes and the knowledge they are helping homeless children and their families. Shot gun start begins at 1:00 and dinner follows as golfers finish their rounds.
